TF, “character assasination” only comes into play in cases of character qualification questions when honest answers cause someone to shoot themselves in the foot, the wound becomes toxic and they die of blood poisoning. IOW, “character assasination” in such cases is a matter of assasination by suicide.

Still waiting for the answers to some of the Obama character qualification questions (although the answers already in hand would cause his political “death” in a literate, even semi-rational America).

Character qualification questions are not, as some have claimed, character assassinations. The more we know about folks seeking office the better odds of picking the right person.
