It’s sad to see Bob turn up in so many workplaces. Insecurity and incompetence make so many workplaces uncomfortable. I don’t know that there’s much that can be done about it though.
I sometimes wish that people could understand that no two people will fill a position in the same way, and that no matter what the position is, you make it your own.
