PHDs, Eligible women, Green cards?…
Of course, who’s to decide what fields we need candidates? Technology is always changing and a field that needs PHDs today, won’t necessarily be as attractive say 10 or 20 years from now. Still I like Friedman’s idea….

Universal theme park South Korea…
I would think there would be a market for such a theme park in the ROK. The only trouble I see- Where to locate it in a country of 50 million people living in an area the size of Indiana or Illinois? Also how any park would effect South Korea’s alrea….
